So I have had this montipora setosa for a few months now. It was doing very well with polyp extension until I messed up my alk levels with afr and since has not been doing well. Parameters have been stable now for at least a month but still doesn’t look great. It is kind of getting brown. I do see the polyps but they don’t extend like they did when it was well. Any suggestions? Just let it be and hope it turns around?

If it was happy before in that spot and the only thing that changed was the alk spike, then yes I would say leave it.

It takes a while for SPS to rebound after an incident in my experience.
