That’s very slow growing for one year of growth. I imagine under more ideal tank conditions, that frag can grow much more exponentially. Try focusing on stabilizing your water quality, seems you have a different algae problem in every other pic you post.

Its the first year of this tank, theres always ups and downs. Only parameters ive had trouble with are nitrate and phosphate, specifically keeping them above zero. Ive stabilized them at around 5-10ppm nitrate and 0.05-0.07 phosphate. Also, while it may have initially started slow, it has since been growing very fast, I can spot 1-2 developing polyps almost every week.
