Goniapora stinging monti?

So my monti fell and landed on top of my Goni I can't tell if it got stung? Will gonis sting montis?

My goniopora stung many adjacent corals. Mostly acro. Gonipora do have sweepers which are distinguishable from normal tentacles. The sweepers are a little longer, slightly thinner and are generally white or blue tipped. Mine often would extend the polyps extra long. Sweepers would also extend and current would swish then against my acros.

If your monti was not atop of your goni very long. Probably no damage. The gonipora may not have had time to send out its sweepers.

I've had numerous gonioporas but never knew they had sweeper tentacles probably never saw them but good to know
