Hello,

I bought a collerful piece of goniopra. After it won't show up nicely I looked on internet and see it's very hard to keep. Now I would now if nu piece is dying right now. My alk was very low at 7 and I put it up until 9 now. Like you can see on the picture there is algue to on it.

it can stay closed for several months, it can be very slow to acclimate to the tank. Just leave it alone to acclimate, give it moderate light moderate flow.

It is a finnicky coral, but not really that hard, if you have other corals living in your tank, you should be able to keep this one.
