Is this a good deal on this aquarium?
Tank is acrylic made by Tsunami. 3/4 inch thick, 96”x24”x24” dual back overflows oak stand 36” tall, 12” canopy, with lids and 70” sump acrylic by Tsunami. Stand has absolutely no water damage at all. As a mater of fact no damage to stand at all. The tank front and side panels have almost no scratches at all. There is a large buildup of coralline algae.
I paid $1200.00
I plan to place in garage to clean up and get read to move onto the house.
What is the best way to clean this up citric acid or distilled vinegar soak?
Is this worth the $1200.00

1200 for tank stand snd sump sounds like a good deal to me! I have a 96x36x24 with a custom 72” sump from Tsunami and I’ve been pretty happy with it. Distilled vinegar should be fine to that corraline cleaned out. Congrats on the new tank!

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
