I not sure what "good hanging" is, but I have the Mars Aqua from Ebay HERE, and am extremely happy with this very inexpensive light.

I hung this light (along with the other two) using aluminum angle. The Mars Aqua is the one in the middle. The other two are Apollos.

Thanks for the reply.

And just Led lights that can grow everything. Not looking for something crazy expensive. Just affordable. Starting a new tank :) The ones you linked seem nice and affordable

Is the mars aqua just as bright as the other two? It seems like its very weak compared to other two. lol How does the blue look at night?

Look into sb reef lights on eBay, I couldn't be happier with them, and they will grow anything. They are very inexpensive too.

They had cheaper ones for 130, but there has been such a high demand for them that they are already out of stock. I got mine the day before they went out of stock

No. The difference is the Mars Aqua has lenses.....I think 90 degree....and I actually turn them down because of their intensity. The Apollos have no lenses. That's why you see the "scatter" of the Apollos....and therefore look brighter.

It might be hard to see with my crappy camera, but the center section (Mars Aqua) is much "brighter" than the Apollo sections. And that's with the Mars Aqua turned down. The Apollos are at 100 percent.

Should I go with 175 watt or 300 watt for a 30 gallon tank? And would you recommend these over the other ones you have?

Wow! Although you shouldn't go by watts alone, a 30 gallon tank only needs something in the neighborhood of 60 watts (or less). I have a 120W fixture over a JBJ28, but turned way down.
