About yesterday’s rant...
While I had no part in its deletion I did read it.
While you can’t force employees to return you might try showing them what safeguards you’ve implemented to keep them safe while at work. These times are very strange. People have different motivations in life. You won’t get them all back doing this but maybe some. Hazard pay is another option to try as money is a motivator as well. The company I work for set a $4/hr raise up through May 30 (might get extended) that brought some employees back to work.
We still have a bunch of employees out right now and have implemented many safeguards and policies. While my occupation is all over the national news at the moment we have started speeding up production as some employees have returned. Later this week mandatory testing for all employees (over 3,000 of us). National guard coming in to facilitate.

I am dying from time. How do you stay safe from that?
Perhaps I should go back to bed and pull the covers up over my head and pretend I am safe.
