Good morning!! Not much time to post when you’re overrun by small children! No time to post at night because you’re about to fall over from exhaustion! It’s all good, though. :) Kids are holding up, and the newest baby is doing well.

Son and I took the “oldest” kids (ages 3 and 1) to two LFS yesterday, which was entertaining. One of them has reptiles, so the 3-year-old always asks to hold “something.” Daughter-in-law asked if I touched it…which was this huge lizardy thing. Of course I did!! :D

Sounds like a great time, not a bad way to end up exhausted at the end of the day.
Our youngest just started college last fall and our son and his fiance aren't ready for kids yet (which we totally agree!) so we are experiencing a true empty nest....awfully quiet in the house.
Hope you continue to have such a great time....a bit jealous...just another work day here....lol

Enjoy your grand babies! Mine are preteens now and when asked what they been up the answer is always nothing. When in fact their mom tells me one had his first band concert and other one is in a pageant.

Good morning! I am back from DC and can strongly recommend then no one fly Spirit. I saved a hundred dollars per ticket ($400 total) but it was definitely not worth it. My favorite part was the ending when we had waited a half hour for the bags to come out. Then someone from the Spirit baggage department told us that Spirit only has 2 baggage handlers for all the flights, so it is usually about 1.5 hrs before they get to your plane.

An empty nest isn't such a bad thing. Enjoy it while you can! I'm back to reality today...just another work day!

Our oldest grands are preteens...I completely understand the "nothing" years. I'd say the band concert and pageant definitely don't amount to "nothing!"

Good morning! Husband/dog/tanks survived me being gone, which is a good thing because I'm going back next week! :D Hopefully, it will be about 30 degrees warmer next time. Pup desperately needs a good walk, and even though it's in the 20s this morning, I'll have to bundle up and oblige. First order of business...it's time to muddle through my work emails and tell people to get a life. Have a great day! :)
