Good Morning! It has been snowing for 3 days with no end in sight. Due to the wind I have no idea how much has fallen. The plows and skid steers are out all day every day now. Push over there and the wind will blow it back over here in a couple of hours. Lots of fun and plenty of work. The slednecks are here. Gotta love a bunch of crazy drunks driving sleds everywhere. Just realized that I forgot to post my Good Morning greeting.
Hope you all had (and am having) a great day! I got involved in chores today. Hen house cleaning, etc.
I’m still waiting on packages that are now a week overdue! I guess the “pony express” may have “thrown a shoe” and is now delayed, AGAIN! LOL!

02/82 they said "come ice dive. it will be fun."
9" of ice. waiting 3 hours on the ice for my turn.
my turn. 3 minutes under and I get a full blown free flow. rental gear.
but there are pics around here somewhere.

Funny you mention that....there's a stretch of interstate from home to our son's house in Nashville labeled the "Al Gore Memorial Highway," or something like that. Every time we pass that sign, I think of all his amazing "inventions." ;)

I did one ice dive back in the day.
got cert open water 08/81.

I never did an ice dive, it just doesn't appeal to me and 90% of my dives were here in New York so we have enough ice.
I did a lot of night diving for lobsters, about 20 years worth. I got certified in I think 1975 or so. I don't remember because thats before they invented air. :rolleyes:

Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!!! My box-o-water arrived safely yesterday and the corals are in the little BioCube. I was getting worried with all the delays. Fedex showed up at my door with one package (not coral)...I asked the guy if he had anything else and he said nope. Fedex truck #2 literally showed up 5 minutes after Fedex truck #1! I'm definitely putting off any livestock orders for a while. Anyway, have a GREAT FRIDAY and weekend!! ;Joyful

Morning All!
21* here this morning. The “girls” are still locked in their coop which is inside the hen house. The probe from our weather station is reading 42* in the coop. We put the “Snuggle Safe” pads in with them last night so I’ll let them sleep in for another hour or so.
Friday is parrot cage cleaning day here. That’s always a party.they like it when I crank up the tunes in the bird room and get busy cleaning.
Doing a water change later today and then I need to fire up the RO Buddie and make some water. LFS tomorrow!
