Yay Cubbies! We need to all meet up one year in Phoenix for spring training. Spend a 100 bucks and watch like 10 games. It's a dream of mine. Probably do it in 2022.

It’s a blast. I’ve skipped the past few years, but before that I had gone for 5+ years in a row. Tix are cheap, but stub hub still tries to get ya. Best to buy from a scalper right before the game. Plenty of good food in the area. You can even get portillos there. That’s livin. L-I-V-I-N.

Good morning. It’s hot at 24 this morning. Forecasting 4 inches of snow today. It’s my Friday. I’ll do a huge WC today and adjust all my levels and then turn off all the dosing pumps and recalculate the amounts. I am going to mix Bicarbonate and soda ash. Hopefully this will stop the precipitation. Have a good day and stay safe.

Good Morning/Afternoon my Friends!
Well, I made it through the Titans/Texans game without putting a brick through the TV screen. I must say, the last 4 seconds was a nail biter.
Speaking of nails!
I think I have a nail in one of the tires on the Escape. Low pressure warning came on last week so I checked all four tires. One was low so I corrected it and the light went out. Driving it this morning and the light came on again. Same tire was low again so I topped it off. My aching, old bones prevent me from looking into it and further today, it’s cold out.
Tank is happy today as are the chickens. I bought them a bunch of crickets to chase and eat. The neighborhood dogs are running rampant lately so we can’t let the girls out to free range.
Only one animal control officer for the entire county. They can’t do anything unless someone gets bitten.

That bacon sure looks yummy!
I got my first Hanna checker in the mail yesterday (dkh) and my Ca checker should be here later this week. I started out using API kits when I first started my tank because that’s what I’ve always used in the past. Upgraded to Red Sea kits about a month ago but wanted something simpler. Eventually, I’ll switch over to all Hanna. I was testing like crazy when I first set up the tank but now that it’s fully stocked, I mainly judge water quality by how my livestock looks and only test 1 time a week with the exception of salinity which I test daily when I top off.
Windy and dreary here today. Going to do some indoor chores, clean bathrooms, etc. Such an exciting like I lead, don’t ya think? LOL!

Congratulations on the new Hanna! I have found that their phosphate and alk testers are the ones that I use the most and are the most straight forward.
