Good Morning!

Good morning (afternoon). Time for some much-needed tank maintenance today and tomorrow. My tanks look slightly different from this picture...:D Sorry, I just had to do it! ;Joyful

Dog was released to jumping back on the couches, so she's not quite as mad at us today. Have a great Saturday!

CALLING ALL GONI “GURU’S”
Well, I couldn’t resist buying a really nice Goni yesterday.
Can't wait to see what you "didn't buy!" ;Joyful
I’ve never had a Goni before and not sure how they react to transport. It was fully extended in the store, I did a slow drip acclimation and placed it in a low flow area down in the sand bed. After about 30 minutes, it started to open but still hasn’t reached full extension.
Any ideas for my Morning Reefer Friends?
I’ll post a pic in a little while.

Every year or two, I fall for the same goni trap: "Oh, maybe it will be different this time. This thing is so beautiful."

It does great for 6 months, doubles in size, then one morning decides not to open. Next day it is dead. Takes me a year to forget and I repeat the exercise again. I have no idea what happens with these animals. I wish you good fortune with this beautiful creature. I'll stick with sticks (for a while) :)

I've never had one, but I've heard they can be quite difficult to keep! Very beautiful, though...
