So would it be fine as soon as ive glue the frag to put straight into tank as obviously can’t wait 24 hours for the gel to cure etc 🤷‍♂️
Yes, the Gorilla Glue Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate or CA glue) is perfectly reef safe, and you can add it to the tank right away. It cures in minutes not 24 hours.

The original Gorilla Glue Polyurethane glue (the stuff that expands) is NOT reef safe, and that stuff takes 24 hours to cure, so make sure you've got the Gorilla brand Super Glue and not the polyurethane glue.

I like the really cheap Harbor Freight tiny gel tubes-- because we all know how the larger tubes of glue clog up, and can barely be used a second time anyway. These are about 10 tiny tubes for $2.00. Regardless, the gel is your friend-- you can literally affix the frags underwater; hold a minute until it stays still, and in time it will cure underwater. Best wishes!
