Hi, it's a bristle worm. He's a CUC , but if grow bigger( up to about 1 m diameter and more than 20 cm long ) is better to remove him from your tank I guess. Be careful touching him! Have hundreds of sharp needles ,they gonna pierce and stuck in your hand , it's painful and inflammation can occure
