What setting do you use in the camera. I have a t6i with a 55-250mm macro 0.85m/2.8ft

Shoot in M mode. I use auto White balance. Tri-pod if you are shooting through the glass. adjust the shutter speed and ISO if you cant get the picture bright enough then upload the picture into light room

Lovely images. The 100mm focal length for macro is very useful to maintain some distance and the aperture of f/2.8 gives a nice shallow depth of field effect.
