I hear ya on going to the same spot all the time things do get played out and it sucks when you get to a LFS and already know what your gonna see:(Thats why I had to change it up today.........I love Cali no doubt we are blessed with some nice LFS's.

Sweet new additions
Thanks Chong, hey that was filmed in Cali too LOL

Sweet pick Bayreefers! ATL is my LFS as well (5 min drive to my house) maybe I have meet you there.

2nd one is maricultured. 3nd one looks like a millie, isn't it?

The tank behind the counter had leak, it use to have ton's of monti's in it, now it is fresh water with some Afraican Chiclids in it, I have never seen light on that tank, same as the other gigantic fresh water tank.

I chat with Ming from time to time, the business was pretty slow last year, this year getting better but still no way comparing to old time. Min still keep bringing in wild/maricultured SPS and try to develop new gems (surely not as successful as before) , once I talked with him regarding few mariculture colonies he had in, he told me that in old time he used to sell many of them everyday, now sometime I can see the same colony in same place in my next visit (I try not to visit more than twice a month, it is the big hole on my wallet).

I think people may never be spending like before any more, even when economy will 'really' turn better.

Thanks Ryan, maybe we have crossed paths in this hobby if not then we should hook up and speak on some reef related topics:DWhen I first got into sps all I knew was ATL was the place to be and it sucks to see Ming going through this situation and I will always support him and any other LFS's.All I know is that I still do my part at reviving the economy my money is well spent and it always feels good supporting my LFS's:wink:

Are you referring to the chiropracter who used to own the shop in Milpitas (don't recall the name but had some nice stuff). Last time I was in the Bay area and asked they told me the retail side had closed.
