Graphs stopped kh director MyGhl not working!

My graphs have stopped logging working with a kh director and slave doser. Firmware 1.35

My alk spiked to 10+ I’m sitting at 9.7 now with it off all day. So now now I’m Losing more coral due to this spike for no apparent reason!

This also Doesn’t connect to the my Ghl any more!

I’m super confused as to why I basically just lost control 2 days ago and have been fighting since to get it back. I’m about to rip it all off so irritated at this point not my first mass loss with this piece of equipment.

Any help is appreciated

Oh I should also mention I don't even know what PIng my IP is or wea to find that so can't supply screen shots.

You on a PC? Bottom left in the search bar type CMD, then choose Command Prompt.
You will see something like this: c:\users\yourname>
Here you will type ping (space) the IP address of your P4

So you don't own a Profllux Controller, correct?

I have a stand alone doser running the kh director and a slave doser wording was
Wrong no proflux stand alone and slave only. That’s how I am running the kH Director

Yes we sat on the phone 2 hours noting is showing up no matter what we do thinking something just broke or we are both missing something hard on the phone and FaceTime

Yes but the ip is not coming up

Also here is my list of SPS so everyone can follow the losses and how long it takes to get help! At the bottom is what I have lost this round waiting for help from GHL! The last round waiting for help from gHL is also their! I am now over 2k in sps at a loss! I have a lotta coral left but nutty watching them all go down! And yes I’m not a newb Everything is offline for two days alk is still over 9 so I’m thinking it must have been well over 10 at some Point! I am manuel dosing cal only since this is a paperweight! Would like so answers as to why the graphs when down I lost all connectivity and all spiked.

What am I missing here?

Seems you know your corals on first name basis but have zero understanding of the technology you've employed to manage your tank. Can you do basic troubleshooting? You know, restart, reconnect, anything?

Troubleshoot a windows machine yea no and yes I restarted it all multiple times not sure what coral names have to do with the wifi and connectivity and graph issue!

This manages my Alk and calcium only I manage my tank and after 24 years in this hobby I think I know a lil more than your giving me credit for

Your message was replied to. Waiting on your reply with the ticket number so I can assist.
Most tickets are replied to within 24 hours. If it was submitted on a Friday afterhours or over the weekend, it will take longer because we do not operate over the weekend.

With regards to your losses, did you not stabilize your Alkalinity dosing before granting the KHD control?
The KHD is not meant to be your 100% means of KH dosing and control. It will fine tune your dosages based on your base dosing schedule. If the base schedule was not determined, then the KHD can only follow what was entered. Even without a KHD involved, a normal dosing schedule should still be able to maintain some degree of stability, enough that the swings aren't so large that they cause coral loss.

Nonetheless, you still have the option to access the KHD settings through your SA Doser when you connect over USB. The how-to portion of this is mentioned in the Doser Resource Guide. This video here also shows you how to connect:
