Used their products for about 7-8 years and always find them incredibly helpful over the phone in troubleshooting and also very supportive in fixing issues when I've sent in products, even replacing a pump once when they couldn't fix it.
As with any company or product, there are hiccups but really appreciate Ecotech standing behind their products and going above and beyond.
