Green algae growing on live rock - is it Neomeris annulata?

I took some photos from my new reef tank and noticed small green "algae" or something like that.

Could it be Neomeris annulata?

These things are not really visible to the naked eye, they are really small. Only my camera was able to catch them.

Probably not Neomeris, as calcified macroalgae like these are generally not translucent.
This algae could be one of a large variety of wiry green algae like Cladophoropsis, though it's hard to tell at such an early stage in life.
