ive been using a setting called blues breath for a couple weeks now and corals are loving it but I’m starting to notice green patches on my rock .... before I started to use this setting I dropped the whites down a bit.

How old is the tank? They look like normal algae cycle spots to me that occured as a new tank matures :) they'll come and go.
