Green Jacket Fragging???

Does anybody know anything about fragging the Tyree Green Jacket grafted acro? I f you cut a branch that only has one color, can it still take on the green jacket multicolor as it grows?

It shouldt take long in my tank to take off... My tank has been thriving lately...
My purple monster is showing a 1/4" a week growth after not budgeing for 8 months... Lol :)
