Saw this green beauty with a purple base at Petco that had just gotten there from a wholesaler. The colors looked so good I had to have it. The anemone will be joining a smaller current resident magnifica.
It was stressed from shipping but is recovering in quarantine right now.

Currently in QT undergoing Cipro treatment.
The anemone has expanded and its mouth is closing. The foot is looking good too.

Do both of the mags have the same color? If so, when you get bored of one, you know where to drop of off. ;)
Lol no they’re different. The new mag looked poor today but I’m continuing Cipro. It’s tough with mags and gigs that can’t attach their foot on rock. I have to keep them in a breeder box to prevent them from going into a pump. On the other hand I don’t think they get enough flow to expel dead zoox.
it’s an uphill battle
