Green Sinularia Looking Rough

Sorry for the terrible quality but it's the best I could get. It's been staying at half size for a month now. The polyps seem to only be half out. I've moved it from high flow to low flow and back again. Any advice for Sinularia? My other leathers in my tank look great. Thanks!

What kind of flow is it in? Learners tend to shed and require a bit of flow to knock it off.

They also will close up for no known reasons at all and come back full force!

My tank turnover is about 35x. I know leathers shed and I have a shiny leather coral now. I wanted to ask the experts on this one because it was twice as big a month ago for 2 weeks and now it's shrunk to this. It is in the same position now that it was when it fully extended.

I've turned down my LED lights because it's mainly a soft coral tank. I'm wondering if the lower light may cause it? When I'm currently running my blues @ 70% and whites @ 15%
