Hello everyone!

First of all, so sorry for the immensely crude photos. The Nassarius is moving and was really difficult to get a photo as quickly as possible without causing him any harm.

What are these green marks? Should I be worried about my friend?

I am unable to see specifically what you're describing. Is the snail other wise acting normal? Is the green possibly algae, or sponge?

I don't see anything wrong with it, it looks active...

I am also heaving a hard time figuring out what I’m looking for, it looks fine to me!

Perhaps it is just algae? I didn't know it could grow on their skin.

Thats just its operculum all snails have a little door shaped like the hole they go into when threatened.
