Anyone know what this green place on my mushroom is? During the day it’s gone and has been coming back in the late evening. Tonight is the biggest it’s been.

Mesenterial filaments.

Can't explain why.. usually they send those out when something is irritating them. Could be a number of issues, water chemistry, hungry, an unlikable neighbor, lights, water flow, adapting to new system.

How long have you had the mushroom?

Thank you, it has been splitting lately. I got the original one around October last year and it has populated into 4 total.. all the new ones have been in the past 2 months
