Good evening Reefers ,
Just wanted to say hello. I have had my 70gl tank for almost 9mos now. It is just now recovering from my lack of knowledge where I lost almost all of my corals. I didn't know that I needed to calibrate and re calibrate my refractometer. Result being by the time I figured it out my salinity was ridiculously low and I killed almost all of my corals and lost 2 fish.

I have 2 fake corals in my tank still(don't judge me...lol) they added some color while I was rebuilding .

If you see anything wrong or have suggestions such as placement I am open . I am very new to this and learning as I go.

Thanks

Chris

*Welcome to Reef2Reef @Christopher Tracy !* Your new tank is looking good.I like your taste in corals.May I suggest that you move the open brain looking coral (center top)to the sand bed.I believe that it would be happier there long term.

Thanks for the suggestion . I had read that the open brain would be better in the sand and moved him days after taking that picture... unfortunately he didn't like it in the sand and died....I just took him out of the tank yesterday.
