Hi, I'm Brad and I just started my first saltwater aquarium 3 months ago. It's a JBJ Nano Cube DX 12g.
In the coming days I want to get as much info and advice for a beginner who wants to build a low budget yet very colorful reef tank for my two daughters (and me [emoji6])
Thanks...
B~

Welcome to R2R Brad and to your new addiction. One piece of advice...go about building your colorful reef tank slowly. Nothing good happens quickly. Do a lot of research and ask questions. You've landed on a site filled with very knowledgeable folks willing and able to help.

Welcome, you've come to the right place. :)

Welcome! I'm from NWTN

Welcome to R2R! A good low budget but yet colorful coral (not to mention almost impossible to kill) are mushroom corals. Some varieties are so common and grow so quickly I've seen people just give rocks away. These varieties are usually bright red or deep blue. There are some pricier ones that can go around $1000 a piece but we'll just ignore those ones for now :p

Welcome home, you will love it here!

Nice tank!!!
