Hey! Fairly new to the hobby. I have had a planted tank For about six years and always wanted to have a marine aquarium. I got the courage to give it a go last November and things have mostly gone well. I found YouTube videos from Bulk Reef Supply, Reef Builders, Tidal Gardens, and Inappropriate Reefer really helpful in getting started. I ended up taking a modified approach from Inappropriate Reefer’s budget nano to start my own reef! My goal is to create a lush, low maintenance soft coral tank like Sanjay Joshi’s nano softie tank! Not there yet, but I am working on it!!

I have most of the species I wanted to acquire and now I am just waiting for them to mature! Here is what I have:

Soft corals:
Blue mushroom
Palythoa grandis
Palythoa WWC green implosion
Pulsing Xenia ‘blue’
Standard toadstool
Green toadstool
Cabbage leather
Ricordea florida
Photosynthetic gorgonian
Utter chaos paly
Rasta zoa
Sunny D zoa

LPS:
Duncan coral

Algae:
Dragons Breath
Gracilaria hayi
