Grotech hcr 110

Hi, my calcium reactor (grotech hcr 110) isn't working anymore, I just cleaned the pump and plugged back everything again, the pump is working but there is no water drops as usual. And the water levels goes down even if I fill the recipient.

Everything is plugged as it was before, I don't understand whats wrong, can someone help me ?

(The tube is pinched on the picture but it's not the problem, I straightened it and still the same)

I know you said you fixed the pinched tube, but have you checked the tube to see if it's clogged with participate?

Is your pump fully submerged?
Have you inspected the impeller shaft to see if it is broken?

I checked and cleaned everything, I don't understand

Yes the pump is fully underwater and I checked the impeller, it's working I see the water flowing from the bottom like it should, but the water is not flowing out of the tube

These set ups require a pressure supply of water from the tank to the reactor, which can often be isolated with a shut off valve.

Is the supply working?
Is the valve open?
