Growth on trachy

I noticed tonight the looks of something growing out of my trachy, its got a bit of a brown look with brown string looking things on it. I know terrible description.

It seems to be alive like some sort of parasite maybe

Vermetid snails. Must go.
Generally the consensus is to break off at the base and remove but with this meat coral is a risk. Best recourse is to take a SMALL dab of gel superglue from the dollar store and place over each opening and the snails within will starve and perish

Will this do the trick? That’s the only spot I see on it. So I’m guessing pull the trach out of water quick and

apply glue and keep fingers crossed?

Theyre a hitchhiker- They literally appear out of nowhere. Combat as you discover them

Bumblebee snails will eat them… I have some in each of my tanks and they vermetids disappear over time after adding them. There are some claimed downsides to having bumblebee snails though, so check that out for your personal setup.
