Kermit the Frog Acropora for reference. This piece has been growing rapidly, encrusting over the base and branching as well. While it was growing it was showing constant PE. The last 3-4 days there's been a lack of PE during the day, however at night I can see the polyps fully extended. I believe it's visible in the photo but the tips have a light blue/pastel color on them. Burnt tips or just growth? The color variation is a new development.

As a after thought, I have a Acro Tenuis with normal PE

Parameters
1.025 SG
77 degrees F
PAR is 240 at the tips

Nitrate- 20 ppm
Dosing about 25 mL of AFR daily

Growth tips my friend. If they were burnt, you'd see skeleton.

Just more rapid than previously? My tank has been in a sweet spot for the last month or two.

Yup, every tank is different. Especially growth speeds and even coloration sometimes.
I knew it was headed in the right direction when it started encrusting on the plug. Just hadn't seen that type of growth on it yet. TY!

You're welcome!
It's a Kermit the Frog Acro which does have a blueish coloration in the vendors picture

Yup, seems to be doing exactly what it should. Keep up the good work.
