GSP question

I got a big aquascape rock for my display yesterday that had a really good amount of GSP on it, I’m pretty new to GSP and not sure how healthy it is in its current state. It was sitting in a tank for extra live rock that didn’t have adequate lighting for a little bit before I got it.

GSP in my opinion is pretty bulletproof. how recently did you add the rock? It may stay closed for a day or 2 until it adjusts

Agreed with above. Give it a couple of days. When I moved my GSP covered rocks from one tank to another. It took a few days.

Got home from work today and parts of the GSP are releasing from the rock, is that worrisome?
