I am looking at purchasing a neptune apex (2016 full model) for my tank.
Ideally I am also looking at purchasing
1) a secondary double junction lab grade PH probe to use on my calcium reactor.
2) a neptune dos to conduct an automatic water change.
3) some solenoid valves
a)one on the water supply going to my RODI unit
b) one to do an automatic membrane flush on my RODI
c) one on the pure water outlet from my RODI water storage.
d) one to go on my calcium reactor
4) a PMUP to transfer water from the RODI water storage to my reefloat ATU chamber.
5) leak detection kit (with extra sensors)

To enable me to achieve this, I feel that I would need the following bits:
APEX SYSTEM 2016
DOUBLE JUNCTION LAB GRADE PH PROBE
NEPTUNE PMUP
NEPTUNE DOS
4 x SOLENOID VALVES
LDK LEAK DETECTION KIT
2 x SOLID SURFACE LEAK DETECTION PROBE
2 x LOW PROFILE LEAK DETECTION PROBE

I am unsure if I would need any additional energy bars or 1 link modules to achieve this as I am unsure of the difference connections and cables needed for each bit.
Some guidance from someone with more experience of neptune apex products would be greatly appreciated :).

The unknown is where you will plug in the 4 solenoids and PMUP. Each of these devices require a 24v accessory port to power and control them. The EB832 comes with 2 x 24v ports, and the FMM modules that's included with the LDK has one 24v port, however it does not include the needed 24v power adapter since the LDK doesn't ship with anything that needs 24v. You will either need additional FMM modules (1 x 24v port), or a 1Link module (2 x 24v ports), or individual 24v power adapters to power each of the solenoids and PMUP.

The other factor is distance. How far away from your EB832 and/or FMM will the solenoids and PMUP be? The included cord is only about 6 feet long. You can extend the 24v cord, but the maximum distance is 20 feet.
