Looking good!

I don't think those grooves will be an issue myself just wondering what you thought. :)
Yeah, I'll have to see how it goes...won't be hard to just syphon them into the filter socks in my sump before I do a swap for clean filter socks anyways, if it's awful I'll just add some sand to fill em.
Those Clowns!!
Thanks, forget what they are called but I like em.

Picked these up when I got the large colonies of sps as well, just some stuff for the frag tank when it's up and running.
Speckled red mushrooms.

Forget the name of these zoas, look like Armor of God's but have a greenish dot in the middle.

Frag system build underway finally...had to redo the stand...brain fart caused me to forget that the bottom tub needed to be higher off the ground or it wasn't going to be able to drain into the sump lol.

Well I've been fighting off dinoflagellates for a while now, sorry for the lack of updates. Dino outbreak brought the adding of the frag system to a screeching halt for the time being.

But coral growth is still good...and added around 10 more high end acros the other day I picked up from Steve Tyree at the frag swap in Louisville last weekend.

Anyways here's about 9 weeks of growth on this pink ******* chalice.

So, I have been dosing Vibrant to deal with my dinoflagellates and here are the 4 day results.

Do you think it would work without the GFO?
I would think so yes. After I added the bacterial dosing, Vibrant, it started receding in overdrive. The gfo was working very very slow, it had maybe reduced my dinos by 1/3 then 5 days after dosing vibrant my display is nearly clear of dinos. Supposedly it works better versus some strains than others, all I know is it was bad enough it picked off a couple of my sps frags..and 1 bigger colony and now is nearly gone.

Here's some pics since my updates suck lately.

Picked up this Bleeding Suns favia from Steve Tyree at the frag swap in Louisville a few weeks back.

Random neat chalice I bought at the same swap.

This mariculture milli table is coloring up spectacularly...rainbow...really hard to capture a great pic of the colors. Was quite bleached to a light pink when I got it.
