I returned home to my tank and my Gyre XF280 was not working. The controller has only the blue power light on but the pump does not function. Both are plugged into channel A. However, when I plug them both into channel B the pump functions at full power but the controller does not function. Full power is way too much for me, so thus it is not useful. I have tried updating the firmware but when holding the circle on it during power up nothing happened. My corals aren't looking too happy... Anything is helpful. Thanks!

My gyre occasionally stops as well. I unplug the power to it to reset it and that seems to fix the issue.

If you just mean unplugging it and plugging it back in I have tried that multiple times. Or did you mean something else?

Yes I unplug the power source. I run it through the apex so not sure about the controller settings. Hopefully someone else can chime in
