Gyre XF330 Vs. MP40s and placement

Have a new 125g and I’m looking to get some power heads soon. Was wondering what the better option would be, if there is, between the two.

Also wondering what the best placement would be for my setup. Either on the side walls (green) or both on the back wall (red).

The type and placement will depend on the corals you wish to keep and the placement of them :upside-down-face:

The gyres are very versatile, they'll do you good on the ends (green) for general flow.

You may need to see more specific powerheads in strategic locations when your corals start to grow.

I have gyres on the ends and MP40s on the back. Works well for me.
