H. Crispa Diet

What would be the best food to get the most growth out of my nem and how often should I feed it?


I currently feed the crispa either some tilapia or shrimp once a week.

I haven't had an H. crispa in about 10 years, but I feed (( when I remember, been about 6 months since I have done it )) my current anemones (( S. haddoni, E. quadricolor and M.doreensis )) frozen (( thawed )) krill and whatever they catch when I feed the fish.
