Just wanted to share the changes in color on my haddoni anemone. Purchased it as a 3-4”purple gig, but was sent this instead, a 12-14” purple Haddoni.

After a month or so in my tank, it’s shoved itself into a tiny corner and here’s how it looks now

just thought it was interesting how much it has changed in such a short time
 
I have a similar purple giant I had also orderd recently from corals anonymous as a blue gigantea and it was a purple haddoni :,)

Hard to tell from your pic, is it still purple or more blue?
 
Love that color shift towards blue.

And let's be honest -- retailers should know the difference a haddoni and gigantea. Or at least let the customer know that they don't have conclusive evidence as to the species, and let the customer decide if they still want it or not.
