I need some help everyone I'm having an extreme hair alage break out, what I believe happened was my rodi filters were exhausted and I didn't no because I never thought to test the tds, I have since bought a tds meter and after testing the water my tds was extremely high so I have since replaced all the filters and my ro membrane. I will be starting to do more frequent water changes to help. I have tested my tank water for phosphate and it tests 0 but idk how I trust my api test kit,, my question is how can I kill this dang hair alage it's everywhere and looks horrible. I'm trying to avoid having to remove all my live rock to clean them, I bought 2 emerald crabs but haven't seen them since I added them. What can I do please help the alage is out of control

Toothbrush, siphon hose, turn up powerheads full blast, change filter socks, water change. Repeat as needed.
Add an algae eater: Starry Blenny, etc.

Phosphate reactor
I have a media reactor it's empty right now but I do have Kent marine phosphate remover should I run that for a while. I also just got some chemi pure blue and phosphate remover pad that I'm going to start running as well

Im not familiar with that. I just started using a phosban 150 a few weeks ago with gfo. Its very popular for removing phosphate.
