Haitian anemone sudden death

Newbie here, small Haitian anemone lasted 1 month, looked healthy, fed pieces of a shrimp, shriveled up and died suddenly. Water parameters perfect, thank you for your help:)BTW he is dead not sleeping. Went from healthy large tentacles waving to dead in about 12 hours.
