My Haitian anemone pulled all the way in and I can’t see any of his tentacles. He did this yesterday too but reopened.

I don't know about haitian anemones, but my bubbletips haven't stopped moving around for the past week. Just when you think they've found a great spot...
Do you know what my Nem is doing?

It has recently been moving around a lot
It will move if it isn't happy with flow or light. If your parameters are stable, it should stay put once it finds a place it likes unless something starts irritating it. If you've got swinging temps, nutrient spikes, etc., it will keep moving around looking for a better place (which doesn't exist). If it gets incredibly stressed, it will literally shrink to increase its survival odds.

Based on your photo in the emergency thread, it's just crapping, but with it on the prowl, you'll need to consider what I described above.

You didn’t indicate how long you’ve had it?
Had it for a while. Maybe around five months? It did go through a lot recently. If you look through my past posts, you’ll see that I somewhat recently had a Bacterial bloom and lost about everything. Nem lived and is doing well.
