Hammer and torch corals not opening

i have recently bought some new hammer and torch corals about 2 weeks ago and I am having trouble getting them to open up. i Don’t think it’s my water parameters as I have kept them pretty stable and have been testing daily for the past couple of weeks. Could my Lights be too bright. I have an ai prime 16 HD with theses settings,

is my light too bright or could it be something else?

with all those my 1st suspect is flow, also check for “nippers” ….
I got a pricey orange hammer going through that thing also ….
how far into the skeleton have they retracted? do they ever expand alittte?

They are a quite retracted nearly all the way sometimes expand a little through the later hours of the day but they Don’t seem to be dying. I have an ornate wrasse 2 clowns and a coral banded shrimp at the moment.

if "parameters are good", then it just comes down to lighting and flow. A tank pic might help provide better suggestions, otherwise we are all just guessing.

I do have an AI Prime HD too and use if with 100% Blue / Royal Blue / Violet / UV and 30% whites..
My euphillyas open perfectly.. SO i dont think its to bright.

Whats your flow and do you have nippers in your tank?
ALso please have a look for EEFW (euphillya eating flat worms) I used to have a hammer and it didnt open due to those worms.

My tank is a 25 gall waterbox with an ai Nero 3 on 40% pulse mode I’ll send a pic, no Nippers and I’ve looked for flatworms but haven’t noticed any as they probably died when I dipped them.

imo the EEFW are not being removed with only dipping.

I’ve had a look around and can’t see any but I did have this issue in my other tank about a year ago and removed them with dip.
