Hammer coral dying?

This hammer has been in the tank for one month now....the parameters are under control but the hammer looks to be dying..is it dying?..I have seen my trigger bite it

It doesn't look great. It appears to have lost all of its zooxanthellae. It may be under light that is either not bright enough or way too bright. DId you acclimate it to the lighting when you brought it in?

Yeah it does look bleached and receding.
Can you post perameters?
Do you know the par in the tank? Or what lights are you using.
How’s your flow? They like moderate flow- and personally I think more flow keeps lps “more happy” lol.
