Hammer Coral Looking off

Woke up and my hammer coral looks very swollen. Just moved it to a different tank 2 days ago. It has a lot better lighting. Could it be too much light? Any thoughts?

It’s a lot easier if you upload to YouTube/Streamable/etc. because videos don’t always work right on R2R depending on device.

Or you could post pictures so we can try to help!

It looks pretty okay to me. If you just moved it into a new tank, it’s probably just settling in still.

Not sure what setup you have, but if your new lighting rig is more powerful, you might consider putting the light in acclimation mode (I use AI products, and the app makes it pretty easy) and have the light intensity ramp up over the course of 30 days so corals can be acclimated.

Maybe it's hungry? When a coral puffs up the surface area increases which makes it easier to catch food.
Then again it could be the move, the lights or nothing at all. The coral does look good though. GL.
