Hammer halfway closed

Hello. I've had this hammer for about 5 or 6 months. It's usually pretty open and happy. I noticed yesterday it wasn't fully extended and today when I came home from work it looks like this. Two heads, one is open, the other looks meh. Any cause for concern from this pic? Thank you

To piggyback, my other hammers look fine
