Hammer help please

Over the last week or two, maybe 3. My hammer hasnt really been extending like normal. Today it not really extending at all. I bout this as a 2 head frag 6 months ago or so. Great growth, little heads on the stem. Im at a loss for why.

2 weeks ago I changed all the filters on my RO/DI because I was reading 15 tds coming out. I also cleaned my salt mixing station at same time. Did 2 20% water changes over 2 weeks.

Parameters are stable dkh 9.1, Calcium 440, Mag 1300. Been rock solid around those numbers for 2 months at least. phosphate and nitrate test zero, but I have a little algae so I know the test is not accurate for those.

Only other change is I have been dosing phyto for the pods I added 3 weeks ago.

Do have an image of it extended?

In the mean time...decrease your flow by 25%.

The little purple hammer. I just moved there because my fairy wrasse was getting mucus on him every day. He slept in a cave right beside it. But Purple hammer has been looking bad too.

The tentacles seemed smaller and to have multiplied. Then started not extending as much.

The flow is the same its always been. Nothing blows straight on the hammer. Ill turn it down for awhile and see how he reacts though.

It sort of looks like mine.....

I lost 3 heads when it had too much flow....but it has survived being moved, bacterial blooms and a few other insults no prob.
