Hello R2R friends!

Hoping you can help me with this...

I brought this beautiful purple tipped hammer home about 3 weeks ago now, and it has been doing well. It is also one of my favorites corals and definitely the nicest one in my tank (IM fusion nano 20).

However, over the last week I noticed this large bubble forming, and it forces the ends of the hammer away from this. Could anyone tell me what is going on with it?

My water parameters have been good and I do a 3+ gallon water change every week like clockwork.

Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks! Hammer Time!

Thank you in advance!!

It may be the picture, but i'm not seeing the bubble you are referring to, any chance of a clearer picture, maybe with some white light thrown in? Thanks :)

I think you should be ok. My hammer does this from time to time. Not sure what causes it, but it goes back to normal after a day or so.

I'll keep my eyes on it and if it gets worse I'll post back here.

Thanks again!
