Hammer problems? maybe?

I can't tell exactly what is going on. I know the head is splitting into two. I think it might just be throwing up a large piece of shrimp it grabbed when I fed last night, but I'm not sure.

It looks like it might be throwing up and that's the top white part while it's also splitting and that's why there isn't tentacles in between the two main head portions?


I'm not sure I've seen a hammer die from the inside out, so I'm in new territory
 
I fed some phyto and the hammer plumped right up, the tentacle arranged themselves to open up the middle. Really looks like it's just choking on a big piece of shrimp.
