Couple of Days ago, i saw a Blue legged hermite crab having lunch on the skeleton of my Hammer coral. Half of IT is eaten. Could u know why? Not feeding enough? The head still open Up nicely. Thanks all

Maybe he needes some calcium in his diet?? Most crabs are oppurtunistic though so dont be surprised if you find him munching on something one-day.

TKS for the reply! Could calcium drop even with only 3 LPS? They seem to have stop eating it but I Jeep a close eye on them

I didnt mean so much what he could take from the water but more so needing it dietarily . Like when they eat thier molts for the extra minerals in them. Or like a mouse chewing on an antler...

At first, i removed the mold thinking it was the crab instead of a mold. Ill try to let Them in for consumption. I feed more also and IT seems to ne enough right now
