Hammer splitting?

The hammer has been growing like crazy the past year. The parameters are good and stable like normal. I did start feeding the fish and coral more. As well doing a 10% water change every 10 days or so instead of 25% every month and the growth has been great. Been doing this for past 5 months and growth has definitely been noticeable. So I’m wondering if the hammer is splitting? He hasn’t done this before or at least not his much like his whole body at once…
