Hammerhead looks infected

Can someone help me ID what might be happening to my Hammerhead Coral? Parameters are all in line and no changes to lighting / flow have been made. I did treat it for some Vermetid Snails a while back by super-gluing the tubes shut. Any other ideas / suggestions?

Maybe give then a dip in iodine or the product Revive by Julian Sprung.See if any parasites crawl out.
